I own a 2001 F350 Lariat 7.3 Dually that I purchased new in 2000. It has been – and still is – a real workhorse – particularly since I have installed a factory – remanufactured 7.3 engine. The truck has 275,000 miles and is used primarily on the ranch. I have a overhead storage console that has a display of the mileage and the outside temperature. The backlighting has dimmed to the point that I cannot read it. How do I remove that console to access the display? There is nothing the the owners manual that covers this feature.
